I'm here to increase death literacy and inform people about end of life. what to expect, what you can do to prepare NOW and what your options are in Australia. So many people are departing this life without having a plan in place or detailing their wishes before and after death, leaving the people behind to guess, causing so much angst and trauma. If you don't get organised, who will be left to sort it out?
I can also assist you or someone you care for with their end of life journey, by walking the path home with you and your family, making sure you remain empowered in your decision making, are aware of all your choices and feel supported and cared for until the last breath. I can provide post death support and facilitate post death body care, funeral planning and early bereavement support for those close to you.

The current book is "The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning" by Margareta Magnusson. This is a very easy read and she drops very gentle suggestions for how to minimise your clutter and look at your belongings in a different way.
